it makes me sad to see the negative comments of people on this company...people who are unsatisfied dont really know what it means to be self employed, obviously with a little knowledge you will know that you dont have a basic salary, and you actually sign a waiver for medical insurance coverage when u start. the commission this company offers is higher than the market. this company keeps a close eye on their sales agents offering them trainings, weekly one to one with their managers, weekly meetings so they are able to excel in their job

They dont provide a basic salary, they dont provide medical insurance with is illegal. They pay salaried staff late and commissions late. They make you try and sign a contract that states you have to pay back commission if you leave. Luckily i managed to leave as soon as i realised this and had made a sale. DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY.
