High Staff Turnover/Low pay - Financial Advisor Prosperous Financial Employee Review

- Seriously high turnover, have never seen it this high in any company I have worked for. Good people have left. - Unnecessary pressure is put on staff for sales and the micromanagement is off the charts. The CEO checks all mailboxes coming in and out and puts you under high pressure for no reason. - Pay is poor - Leadership/management have poor communication collectively. - commission changes and anybody would believe they are looking to sell and not there long term.
