they don't have a proper hr manager one person handles hr role he knows nothing about it seniors and management people treat juniers as slaves they want u in the office even if you are on death bed , sick and casual leave have too many loopholes they try to cancel it every time no fixed office policy they change whenever they want and employees suffer due to this force to do overtime but didn't pay for it
