This means everyone just "gets it", from the top to the bottom and there's very little American style consulting nonsense. - All members of the organization have agency and mobility, meaning that if you want to excel and advance that you genuinely will. - Innovation is heavily incentivized, team members are encouraged to raise ideas and pursue them in internal projects. - Management act as genuine advocates for their team members, rather than a translation layer between leadership and engineering. - Retention is insanely high, which in consulting is unheard of and speaks volumes about the caliber of the organization. - I never feel like I'm the smartest in the room because Protagona hires and retains such a great quality of character and person. - Competitive pay and bonus structure - Yearly company vacations
