Pros
The company is very focussed on employee engagement and has a great culture that invites feedback, transparency & continual improvement. They’ve worked hard to put in place good employee benefits for a company of its size. Protecht supports employee learning & development through financial support for external certifications, excellent in-house training especially around risk and giving staff a 1/2 day for learning & development every 2 weeks. All members of the ELT from the CEO down make an effort to get to know staff so everyone feels part of the Protecht family. The product itself is functionally rich and is backed by an exciting roadmap. Customers who buy Protecht stay with Protecht and are very complimentary about their experience.
Cons
Very little I’d improve apart from continuing to get better at communications and collaboration between the various global teams so the company thinks globally and acts locally.
