Dedicated staff that all care deeply about the mission. Everyone works hard but the culture also values work/life balance and in-person events and opportunities to connect.

Integrating more DEI principles into their programs and hiring needed some work when I was there. Myself and others brought this up through surveys and I've noticed that they've already put more focus on this in the past year.
