Pros

It is a very fast moving atmosphere so you are able to learn quickly and on the job (which i think can be a great way to learn) Lots of great co-workers As it's a small team, you get to learn about other areas of marketing, CRM, product etc.

Cons

How well you are liked by management correlated with how many extra hours you worked, this was one of the only down sides but a big one. An 8am start and 7pm finish was deemed as normal and expected. If you are somebody that believes in work/life balance, this is probably not the place for you.

Thanks for the feedback. It’s been a tough 2 years for everyone through Covid and without a doubt, the PW team have performed at an incredible level throughout. As a collective, we are immensely proud of what we have achieved. Seeing the business win team awards in 2022 shows that as a group we massively care. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out for you over the long term and we wish you well in the future. Head Of Talent Protein Works

Pros

Protein Works has a really welcoming team and supportive environment. Their open-door culture means you get great exposure across different areas of the business and everyone is happy to help if you have questions or want to learn more. Their new modern office is also an additional bonus! Unfortunately I had to go back to University after my internship, but would definitely go back. I strongly recommend working at PW!

Cons

There are no cons to note.
