Once you understand how this business operates it can be demoralising and will grind you down. A suffocating management team and their cheerleaders (you'll find global or director in their job titles) will micromanage the life out of you and constantly drill the great place to work/exciting growth business/we're amazing etc etc. Keep repeating it and it must be true right? The reality is very different. This is an old school sports nutrition and meal replacement business with an office in a warehouse in the back end of nowhere. Many unfilled positions for a reason. Uninspiring and fake leadership team. Check LinkedIn for number of employees passed through here in last few years for such a small business. Don't regret joining for the experience and won't regret leaving as much better options out there.
