      Pros

      Really struggle to come up with any. Staff discount is about the best thing

      Cons

      Unless you work in the office you’re treated like a second class citizen. The most unorganised place I’ve ever worked. Notices being handed in every other day, turnover of staff is staggering but management don’t seem to care or understand why people leave. A lot gets hidden from Senior Management and some of them don’t deserve their roles anyway.

      Pros

      Protein Works has a really welcoming team and supportive environment. Their open-door culture means you get great exposure across different areas of the business and everyone is happy to help if you have questions or want to learn more. Their new modern office is also an additional bonus! Unfortunately I had to go back to University after my internship, but would definitely go back. I strongly recommend working at PW!
