Pros
willing to hire people without degrees who can show experience. Decent benefits for a small company. Free lunch on Wednesdays. 401(k) matching and an HSA.
Cons
Abusive culture that includes constant passive aggressive remarks and insults. Below average pay. Slow to adopt new technology. Lots of overhead on simple tasks. Lots of micromanagement. Outdated, un-intuitive, proprietary CMS full of buggy legacy code that is the basis of all of their products that drastically slows development. Exiting employees receive no exit interview unless they were on good terms with management, because they do not care to improve. Negativity and lies run rampant, and the company values are not followed or even respected in the slightest. Witnessed many times where clients were lied to, which received laughter from the group, when one of the company values is candid"
