Cons

There is missing information, false advertisement, no outside help, useless data, a lack of leadership, and meetings that are a waste of time. You do not work for the company you are a temp, the pay sucks, the structure sucks, management is terrible, personalities are great but lack of management, the company makes a bunch of mistakes, and to stay on board KPI is a joke to the costs of the product. NO FUTURE

Pros

Nearly unlimited commission opportunities. Fortune 100 client providing best in class service. Comprehensive training available in both a structured and unstructured environment (ie…. unstructured means furthering your knowledge and skill set above and beyond if you choose with available resources). This is a commission SALES job. If you don’t have a passion for sales, for learning your product and always understanding a changing sales environment, it will be a more difficult job.

Cons

Because the product you are selling has a market based cost that can be unpredictable, some people get frustrated with things out of their control that makes selling the product more difficult at times and easier at times. People who have a difficult time with this unpredictability or have not put in the time and energy (pun) to understand the product they sell will be more challenged.

Supposed to be remote but that comes with many conditions and changes frequently
