Good benefits, Caregivers assistance programs, life balnace program, cell phone discounts. Patient care is wonderful, non mangment employees fantastic.Great mission Respect, Compassion, Justice, stewardship, Exellence.
Cons
Newly hired management doesn't abide by core vauls and/or Mission statement, Hr and some management allows a hostile work environment, reporting behavior to management only gets the one who reports or attempts to report it fired. staff is fired for asking simple question or sticking up for the injustices that have been going on. Coworkers some are good, but others just try and make your life hell if your not apart of the inner circle.
