Terrible upper management Leaders - Clinical Manager Providence Employee Review

Workload, training, support. As a manager, I felt I had no direct training and no support from my leaders above me. Games were being played and it didn't matter if you had a great track record. If you can't play the games, it's not the place for you. In fact, they encouraged bad behavior. Instead of dealing with the root problem, they either moved the bad manager around or promoted them. Nepotism is also an issue. Favorites are made and if you can't be a favorite (despite your work history), you get let go for nothing you did or didn't do. There is no fairness.
