Hard working employees, lots of people trying to do their best to serve their community.
Cons
Overworked employees, so many on anti-depressants. With budget cuts, employees are overworked, underpaid, and feel undervalued. Many in upper level management do not know how to manage, so problems fall on deaf ears.
