Great benefits, decent culture, interesting history, good experience with diverse population.
Cons
Cutting staff, emails regarding downsizing and then laid off 3 weeks later. Handing out multiple LOAs every shift with no opportunities to pick up shifts since half of their hospital beds are empty lately. Lower pay than other hospitals.
