Pros
- Positive, collegial environment where people get along and try to get as much done as they can - Work hard, play hard - Management is supportive of work-life balance and understands people are more than just worker bees - Lots of growth over a short amount of time - Opportunities to set performance and long term goals - People are generally happy to be here and it shows - You can tell that the organization is dedicated to providing tools to help employees understand their strengths and weaknesses and help them grow
Cons
- There is confusion about the company and who we are - it doesn't seem like we are leveraging our relationship with Providence like we should and it might confuse physician candidates as well as our partners. - While there are some processes in place, there can be quite a lot of disorganization , which I believe is due to tremendous growth in a short period of time - There isn't a formal training/onboarding process, although I have not worked somewhere that has had a strong one.
