      Pros

      401k. matching profit sharing. dental, medical, vision, decent compensation. thats about it

      Cons

      no promotions. mostly asked to do the work that two or three people used to do. management acts like they dont know why it takes longer with one person. no communication within each plant. inventory is kept to an unworkable level.

      Pros

      Salary/benefits are competitive. With Cargil's recent takeover, a corporate culture of fairness and integrity may yield promising results.

      Cons

      This is a company where morale is poor, and customer service is not kind. Difficult to survive, let alone thrive. Management tends to look the other way. Small time politics and a small time atmosphere. Training is poor, and newcomers are not welcome.
