Pros
Absolutely none. Unless you are one of the 30 remaining employees and the only pro at that point is that you are still getting a salary.
Cons
Just laid off almost 70% of the job force, with no warning and no severance. Just before Christmas no less. They tried to blame it on a change in Medicare payments, but it is due to poor leadership and even poorer decisions. Wasted money and now they can't finish what they started. They kept all of the VPs and most of the Directors (highest paid positions) and a handful of "workers".
