forget your personal life 14-15 hour of work management run by a family terrible pay no bonus, compensation deducation of salary if you come to office late by 5 min have to work in both india and us timings product failed many times in the market 14 day leaves all total if asking for leaving the company then they will not give you the experience letter 3 months of notice period no cab, no food, no snacks, poor network hiring interns recently because they know no experienced professionals will join them. nice trick unsafe for women. several thing happend which is not taken seriously managers are boot lickers. they encourage ceo to cut salary from employees. though there are only named managers. no respect at all

Heavy politics in office(though it is a start up of only 15 people) 7. No senior team members 8. very low salary 9. 12-14 hours job for developers 10. Can't talk to own family during office time even if it is an emergency. 11. Management is utterly rude to employees. Using bad words in every line for nothing. 12. company run by a family.
