My experience at Provolve IT - Senior Application Management Specialist Provolve IT Employee Review

The key trait an employer should possess that matters most to me is being able to recognise employee accomplishments: at Provolve IT reviewing, providing feedback and acknowledging one's work is a culture and this is so fulfilling. As an employee from Africa to be specific Uganda you would only work for a company in the Netherlands only if it believes in having a diverse workforce and this what Provolve IT is.

I have not come across any yet.

The atmosphere, the openness, the attention for the employee, thinking about solutions, the honesty. But it is not unimportant to be able to work on yourself. It is a great company with very nice colleagues who you see at appropriate times. We do fun things together outside of work. A joy to work here.
