The work culture here is fantastic. The team is incredibly supportive, friendly, and everyone truly takes ownership of their work. As an ASE intern, I was given the opportunity to actually contribute to the core product, which provided a massive learning experience.

The workload can be quite heavy at times. There are days when you need to extend past office hours or log in on weekends to meet deadlines.
