Pros
Interview is well planned. They offer decent salary. lot of opportunities to organise and conduct just meetings. Induction is impressive. Can interact with clients.
Cons
-Took original certificates to give an offer letter. -HR team makes false promises about appraisals. -HR team makes false promises about Yearly events (like srilanka, Goa trip, etc). -HR team will force you to take interviews, if not they scare you saying MD said to take interview, etc etc. -Every Event(nonsenses) is compulsory, if you say No, you are against the company and you will be watched(micro management). -I saw many people got fired without even prior notice about their Performance. -Whatever has been thought in induction is not practised in reality. -They say no hierarchy, which is totally false: ClientDeliveryLead =manager ScrumMaster=Team Lead Your appraisal depends on Scrum Master and CDL. -Lot of events(compulsory), which kills most of your time. -Everyone is watched, even who ever goes out even for a lunch is been tracked and reported to CDL/SM. Few people doesn't know this but YOU are been watched. -Few CDLs even count number of times you play foosball n TT. -Pathetic environment, no job security. -Use and throw policy at its peek. -For each and everything there is retrospective. PS: even they did retrospective for a bad review given in glassdoor, as a counter to it they wrote positive reviews and posted. So that the overall rating need not get reduced. -Rules and regulations will be on changing. -Management considers Visibility as key for the employees, so few people dies for Visibility, so every silly thing will be mailed to all employees distribution list. -To grow in this company, you have to become an event management guy. Sometimes i feel it's an event management company. -No work life balance. -Many projects are in old Technologies. - If CDL/SM is not happy about you, they end up in giving something which cannot be achieved, so that they will get reason to fire/hold appraisal. -You can't change the project. Even more to say...
