No Process for Performance / annual review Very less salary compared to market standards No work life balance Cant use sick /carer leaves Expects to work more than 8 hrs a day with out any overtime My Technical management is worst and the management have zero technical knowledge Management agrees unreasonal targets in less timeframe and pressures employees .
