Pros

The people in IT are fantastic, committed and caring. They are technology driven and have some of the best out there. The CEO is an incredible visionary. Cafeteria is subsidized.

Cons

The politics are the worst. You can be fired because a director doesnt like you. The number of people leaving because of the terrible working conditions, benefits, policies and politics is incredible. If you get an offer - RUN, There is no opportunity for growth or training. Each person has a $500-3000 training budget that cant be used because managers wont approve it. CHEAP company when it comes to people.

Pros

Most of the floor staff is great to work with. DHS is great but corporate and the administrator needs to let her do her job!

Cons

When they say “we are a family here” they mean a very dysfunctional family. Administrator says he’s “got your back” only to stab you in it the next moment. Absolutely zero belief in his ability to truly lead. Very cliquey. If you are in you’re in. If you are out, you are WAY out. Covers up severe violations and behaviors. Behavior that SHOULD have gotten people fired. A very “by the book” guy unless it’s something that could negatively affect him. He does not follow HR procedures. Turnover is sky high! You hardly know the other employees because so many fail to stay. Many don’t even last through orientation.
