Pros

The employees are dedicated to the task of caring for patients and families. A good employee base of dedicated people who are stuck working for a tragically greedy company..

Cons

The company is privately owned by Neil Pruitt. He spends half of his time bragging about his "Chrisitan Company" and the other half cutting every corner possible to fatten his fortune at the expense of employees and the poor people who live in his facilities. Money is his god, make no mistake about it. Micro-management at its worst. He has staff assigned duties no human being can do in 40 hrs. and gets away with it as people are on salaries

Pros

Most of the floor staff is great to work with. DHS is great but corporate and the administrator needs to let her do her job!

Cons

When they say “we are a family here” they mean a very dysfunctional family. Administrator says he’s “got your back” only to stab you in it the next moment. Absolutely zero belief in his ability to truly lead. Very cliquey. If you are in you’re in. If you are out, you are WAY out. Covers up severe violations and behaviors. Behavior that SHOULD have gotten people fired. A very “by the book” guy unless it’s something that could negatively affect him. He does not follow HR procedures. Turnover is sky high! You hardly know the other employees because so many fail to stay. Many don’t even last through orientation.
