Since there are plenty of remote people, I wish they would do more in-person activities. And better maternity benefits

It’s a job. Corporate is horrible

Cons

High turnover, not enough staff or PRN. They have any nurse they have working carts regardless of title. MDS-cart. Floor supervisor-cart. Skeleton crew and burn out .
