Everyone is friendly and helpful, job stress is at a minimum

None that I can think of

A lot of nice co-workers

Leadership has consistently made poor decisions, leading to extremely low morale across the company. Recently, they laid off several employees—including myself—after failing to meet unrealistic sales quotas. A major, business-critical project has been severely delayed because of constant turnover, lack of backfilling, and the ongoing habit of overloading the remaining team. And yet, they still seem baffled as to why nothing is on track.
