A big Long list: - Blood sucking company, long work hours, minimum pay. - LOP (Loss of Pay) Rules, Not Applicable to Foot-lickers of Management. - All project, process are miss managed. very poor management. - Company is very dynamic there policies change within hour. - No vision and mission. You have to lick the management for your stability. No motivation from the management. - HR have no idea why they are hired for. - Performance bonus is never paid. - School Environment (head masters are 2 HR) - Wear your I-cards - Tug in your Shirt - They want Smart Formals. No Casuals. - Acts as they are Oxford University Professors, but reality they speak like Mr. LPY (Rashtriya Janata Dal) There are Much more...But tired of typing too much..
