Disorganized company, Entitled rude people, No training - Front Office Coordinator PsyCare Employee Review

Disorganized system. Policies change once a week you never know what's going on. Communication between different departments suck. Nobody wants to help each other out. No training for new employees you have to self teach yourself the job. Management sucks. Pay sucks. Often doing tasks outside of your job description. Higher up staff are oblivious, in denial and not helpful.
