Pros
I have spent a long time trying to find a job where I feel appreciated, respected, and valued. At Psyched Services, I have found it! I have recommended friends to apply when positions are available (my sister works here too and loves it!) and plan on staying with Psyched Services for as long as they will have me! -Flexible schedule and supervisors do not micromanage -Such a healthy and fun work environment, even though we are remote. Supervisors and owners acknowledge and appreciate their employees and are do not shy away from recognizing when their employees have done a great job. -Great benefits! We get 2 weeks of paid leave over Christmas, all school holidays off, and additional PTO.
Cons
I honestly cannot think of any cons. I'm the happiest I have ever been working at Psyched Services and 10/10 recommend it.
