      Pros

      My own schedule and good pay for the effort expended. Through 5 years, I have had the opportunity to earn dollars at my own goal level. Yes, 12 hours is required but that's very doable. With a little experimenting with hours, you can find your most productive.

      Cons

      None really. I have had no negative experiences. This will be my 5th year.

      Work from home, make your own schedule, control your work hours

      Cons

      Pay is too low to really live on, even at the top tiers. Because of this you have to work a lot of hours, and it creates burnout.
