Supportive CEO, Abusive Employees - Anonymous employee Ptmw Employee Review

First day on the job and I was worried I just signed up to a hostile work environment. Abusive employees were promoted around me. Was not proud to work alongside coworkers that openly joked about rape, sex, gender, race, etc. Was assaulted by an unstable coworker. There are some very unprofessional individuals at all levels of management. Boss told racial and sexist jokes on the shop floor. Readily comprised morale.
