Cons
Everything. Please. PLEASE notice how the last four good reviews were all done in one day. They are not real. This charter school is a disaster. They will literally go on here and write fake reviews in an attempt to bring the rating up because people have started to notice. The truth is the CEO and Superintendent are horrible leaders. Changes keep happening and no one is getting informed. The turnover is insane. The Superintendent got fired from her last job. Favoritism is evident. No one really cares. The Board is filled with a bunch of clueless rich folks who let the network run wild. People get fired without notice. Everyone should be scared to keep a job. I would NOT accept a job here unless you’re desperate. And then you’ll be Miserable and eventually leave too. Save yourself the trouble and take the REAL reviews seriously. Also, whoever is responding back to the reviews is a joke. Clearly people are scared to lose their jobs if they speak up because you will be a target and the person is saying to reach out to the network and HR. NO ONE trusts The network why would we do that? There’s no saving this place. You were warned.
