      Pros

      People are very respectful not only to the customers but to each other on a regular basis. That makes it a lot less stressful to work here.

      Cons

      Pay is low, but that seems to be true of all retail in the south. Fluctuation of the schedule makes it difficult to anticipate your next day off.

      Pay and bonus structure is competitive.

      Cons

      Work life balance, company has double standards for those wanting to move up. -No consistency, moving target in terms of moving up. Made to feel guilty if you have family challenges that may need your undivided attention in terms to calling out. Once your a manager, they seem to put you anywhere close to your home. One time a manager was placed 57 miles, one way from home (60 miles requires relocation package). When topic is brought up to be closer to home, the response is, "you know this was part of the perks of being a manager".
