      Pros

      PREPA has Good Pay, great health benefits, big number of employees. Good benefits overall. Get to be on the road all day.

      Cons

      Even though it is a good company with good benefits, the bad administration (government) is cutting, in a slow hurtful way all the benefits the company employees have earned. And employees are not working in the happy environment that they used to work in.

      Pros

      It has good fringe benefits and is a great place to acquire knowledge.

      Cons

      As a public corporation, political decisions affect performance at all levels of implementation. The political implementations of new laws are affecting acquired rights and compensation of employees. Same quantity of work with less than necessary employees.
