The faculty at PTC are caring, dynamic folks who want to make the best environment for student learning. The opportunities to spread your wings are limited only by your imagination. The student population is diverse.

The money isn't great. Sometimes the students don't really "get" what it takes to succeed at the college level and there's a steep learning curve in that regard.

The classes are usually on the small side.

Mandated 40 hours on campus for full-time, which isn’t usual in collegiate work. Workload tends to be 5/5 or 6/6, often with overloads. Overload and adjunct pay has not increased in over 20 years.
