Everything started ok. But they forcecs me to be a test engineer for softwear engineers. They expect you to work on what is not in your job description and they judge you on it. Flexible but stuben. They hire me as FPGA but they judge me through my softwear skills. Avoid them. The behavior of some colleagues is rubbish they dont honer your suggestions even they dont know about it.
