Everyone is super friendly, high energy and helpful. I was enabled to contribute right away, my work felt meaningful but ultimately company growing so fast exposed me to lot of growth challenges that I'd have not been able to see at another startup.

Early stage startup, it is not a place for someone that needs a lot of structure.

Although the product value is quite clear, the leadership suite is quite problematic. The CEO lacks leadership skills and made many questionable decisions that led most of the strongest team members to lose confidence and leave. More than 20 employees have joined and left in the previous year and current employees are highly dissatisfied.
