      Pros

      Relaxed policies, cool coworkers, great place for people to work who are inexperienced with working in restaurants, cool managers, solid summer job for young adults

      Cons

      Could probably get more money working at other restaurants as this location isn't that busy. With how the Cleveland Flats has been looking lately, I would not be surprised if they (and other in the area) go out of business. Have to pay for parking unfortunately.
