      Outdated methods; lack of support; zero communication; discrimination; verbal abuse by peers going unchecked; down by several accountants but expected to do the work load of several in the same amount of time; outdated technology; expected to purchase your own office supplies needed to do your job; lack of benefits; not competitive salary; mismanagement.

      Pros

      Great learning experience if you are new to the industry. Owner is an excellent mentor and example of positive leadership. Opportunity to work for one of the top Hospitality Purchasing Companies.

      Cons

      If your don't like to work hard and dig in this place is not for you. Yes, it is very fast paced and a lot to learn but the Pros out weight the cons in my personal experience.

      Great people - expeditors and PMs are great people

      Cons

      Micromanaging, COO arrives at 10:30 and goes for an hour talk with friend, then two hour lunch, and at 2:00 she starts working, she has a problem with people leaving work promptly at 5:30, when the work schedule is 8:30-5:30, if she makes a mistake she will blame the team
