Pros
Learned a lot from manager and owners. The owner spoke to me like I was more than my position actual was and it made me feel like my opinion mattered which I really did not feel in the company I worked for before that. The store manager worked with my school schedule and I liked my co workers except 2 people but I guess you can not like everyone. I liked Pure Atlanta and I would have stayed except I needed to take 36 credits to finish my degree and I got a scholarship for the last two semesters. The owner said would hire me back after I graduated in a higher level position and I hope that will be true in about 1 year from now.
Cons
The cons are that the mall is open very long hours so you have to open or close. I did not like waking up early and I did not like staying late like 930pm if I did a closing shift because everything was closed by the time I left. Also sometimes the clients were funny with me because they were very wealthy or celebrities and I had to still be nice to them even if they were not nice to me and that is not really fair. It was hard to be professional when the celebrities treated you like you were not as important as them.
