I’m excited to share that I’ve recently joined Pure Data Centre Group. Coming from outside the data centre industry, I wasn’t sure what to expect—but I’ve been welcomed with open arms. The People Team and the wider business are in a high-growth phase, evolving from a start-up mindset to a scale-up operation. There are solid foundations in place, but what really stands out is the openness to adapt, evolve, and improve processes as the business grows. The onboarding experience has been second to none. From day one, people have taken the time not only to understand my background but to truly partner with me. It’s refreshing to be part of a company that values collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement. Looking forward to the journey ahead!

I have not seen any cons

Employees are great!! They make this company and everyone is so friendly and helpful. The pier group we work with are working towards one goal and that is to ensure the business success. CEO is great! She will acknowledge and speak to all employees regardless of level and that quality is hard to find. She makes this company!! The remaining ELT members should take a leaf out of her book.

Long hours … working harder than ever to be told work smarter not harder… Growing faster with more projects but same staff and sometimes you can’t get synergies so need more heads to cater for additional workload. This is dampened by not the case so all the team work longer hours to achieve. Normal work days 8am to 7pm maybe later.
