They don't reward experience enough - Sales Pure360 Employee Review

Hi and thank you very much for the feedback. We're always sad to lose experienced sales staff and your review is very helpful. Since you gave your review we have embarked on a company-wide initiative to better understand and reward our top talent, including relating base pay to performance (in addition to an existing generous commission structure). As usual things move fast at Pure360 and while our current period of high growth has generated lots of career development opportunities we do appreciate that this hasn't meant progression for everyone.
