Cons
1. The CEO of the company is a total jerk. He is not professional at all. He is a micro manager and a bully. 2.Two shared bathrooms by man and women - so disgusting! 3. Small Kitchen that barely fits 6 people (when the company has over 100 employees) 4. A dog running around the office and doing his business everywhere 5. Underpaid staff 6. Emails are only provided to senior employees (Are you kidding me?) 7. One conference room that is always booked 8. No major holidays are observed (Guess what? You can't plan any time off around the holidays. Basically, you can't have a social life) 9. Broken office chairs ( I had to ask for a new one) 10. No on boarding plan. You are left to figure it out on your own. 11. Non potable water (employees have to purchase water from a vending machine) which is again the law. 12. No communication throughout the organization. Employees are left in the dark. 13. Customer Happiness Team is the saddest team I have ever seen, yet they are expected to provide customers with a happy experience. How ironic! 14. Horrible office location 15. 30 minutes lunch break (which is not enough to go and grab a bite outside)
