Pros
Office is well situated. Pay is on par with the industry standards. Working for the health industry can be rewarding. Lots of highly skilled employees.
Cons
Huge turnaround. Around 50% of staff has changed in the last 12 months of so... mostly voluntary departures. Higher management has a tendency to overreact and overhaul everything every few months causing a LOT of stress and instability. Skilled employees tend to leave causing a huge knowledge gap between the "inner circle" who have been with the company forever, and the front line employees. Two categories of employees: - The old guard who have been with the company forever - Everybody else who sticks around for a year or two and then leaves. High stress work environment where a lot of pressure is put on employees who are in turn given a short leash. Huge disconnect between high management and employees. Employees are treated like resources to be used and squeezed instead of being treated like people.
