Poor training - had to rely on my own initiative and conscientious to do a good job for the CVs I was contracted for and did a good job no thanks to them. Manager at the time (don't know if he's still there) was AWOL whenever I had monetary related questions and the rates were pitiful for the amount of work needed. Avoid - total exploitation.
