Pros
You get a paycheck but nothing is promised. The clients are nice. Flexible hours.
Cons
HR is terrible, don't bother complaining, they won't fix anything if they even listen. Management has favorites and it shows. They get angry if you won't work over or work multiple clients in one day. They expect you to be on call to work but don't like to pay overtime or for your time while they're pushing for you to do what they want. Not friendly at all.
