Pros

- Push attracts talent so you will learn a lot in your time here

Cons

It's clear that if you'd joined the company when it was first formed you'd be part of the inner circle and really enjoy working here, however, for anyone else not in this group then life is made very difficult. The company suffers from its inner clique, if you're not part of this group then you'll never be truly valued. - Staff are overworked and underpaid - Lack of wellbeing support - Next to no employee benefits apart from Perkbox - Rigid working hours, particularly for an agency - Formal dress code, again unusual in an agency

Push Group Response

Thank you for taking the time to write a review, we are very disappointed to read these comments and have reviewed the issues raised. Push introduced a comprehensive Wellbeing programme in 2019, following an extensive employee audit; we have a team of Mental Health First Aiders, have launched an Employee Assistance programme (EAP) and have supported the team with a many wellbeing initiatives - healthy snacks in the office, break out area with table tennis and games, in office yoga sessions, encouragement of physical exercise and regular social events. We actively promote mental health wellbeing, providing regular Wellbeing sessions and webinars to support this. In terms of employee benefits, we offer flexible working to reduce commute times and accommodate personal lives; we encourage sabbaticals and careers breaks. Push fully supports team members who need to work abroad for personal or family reasons - in some instances this has been for a few weeks, in others long term or even permanent. Every employee has paid development opportunities (courses, workshops, webinars, conferences (UK and International) as well as weekly in house training. Salaries are in line with London based agencies in our sector and are bench marked annually. The dress code is smart casual (jeans and a jumper / top) with dress down on Friday, we do ask the team to dress smartly for client meetings, as do most agencies. With regards to the employee turnover, this is below industry averages and is a reflection of a young industry where employee demand consistently outstrips supply. We have taken on board all other comments and will review these with the Senior Management Team.
