Pros
The project was pretty short although the training was extensive and on-going for the most part, hourly pay was pretty fair for the type of work offered, benefits are great and offered pretty fast. Shruti Srivastava was excellent in communicating everything about the project, helping me navigate all of my systems, making sure i submit items in a timely manner and make sure I'm comfortable with the position throughout the course.
Cons
After training shifts were inconsistent you'll work each day a different timeframe which sometimes left no time to sleep or get certain things done around your home.. the contract ended abruptly, i wasn't removed from the project like most agents were, it appears as though the client didn't need as many agents and gave me a shorter time-frame when contract end-date which doesn't bother me as long as new work is offered in a timely manner. I've asked my pyramid consultant about any offers and i don't get much feedback other than to complete other steps.
