Learning Environment I began my career at Pyrocrat Systems as a design engineer. The company was really good place to work. The company can provide you with ample of things to learn. The staff and management are supportive. Right from the lowest to highest level of institutional hierarchy. Pyrocrat Systems was a perfect place to start my career, improve my skills, gain experience and knowledge. I worked here for three years starting as a fresher. Time Flexibility The work hours at Pyrocrat Systems were pretty flexible and the eight hours of work could be adjusted anytime between 8 A.M. to 7 P.M. This was a plus point as there's no need to take a leave for small works. Payment The payment scale at Pyrocrat Systems was pretty decent for a fresh graduate which was always done on time. It's rather the experience that I gained which matters the most.

Stress With the amount of responsibilities and lack of experience, stress was obvious yet manageable.

There is no hr The HR is a namesake The director of company is the puppet master. Salary will be delayed by 2 to 3 months. If u resign during that period forget ur salary This company has no integrity. Just keeps fooling clients by conning them. Ur managers will be those without any industry experience. They are still with the company because they are not getting any job elsewhere due to lack of knowledge as per Designation.
